Job summary
As the UX manager, you will lead and develop a growing team of UX/UI Designers & researchers at the world’s largest small group travel company.
Who are you?
- Tertiary qualification in user experience or equivalent industry experience
- 5+ years in a UX role. 1-2 years in a UX management role.
- Proven experience developing a UX strategy and leading UX team to deliver on commercial objectives
- Expert knowledge of user-centred, usability and interaction design principles
- Strong experience integrating user research into design practices
What will you be doing?
- Leadership and development of a growing UX team of UI/UX Designers & researchers in a fast pace, dynamic agile environment.
- Develop and deliver the UX strategy which meet business objectives.
- Drive the overall design direction of the company’s digital products by working with customer experience, brand and other key stakeholders.
- Play a key role in Intrepid Group’s digital transformation through your UX leadership and cultivating a strong customer centric design culture aross the whole organisation.
