Job summary

With change brings opportunity and we now have an exciting leadership position available as Customer Service Manager of the AU Customer Service Team.  This role gives you the chance to work with a dynamic and fun team whose skills, motivation and teamwork have seen them achieve their annual goals. Their motto – to provide the best customer experience ever!

You will responsible for the day to day management of this team and be the force that drives them towards sustainable success.   You’ll also have the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills through one to one coaching and the invaluable support of wider APAC sales leadership team so that you can truly reach yours, and the teams’ full potential.

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for the leading the day to day management of the team including; staff development, performance management, workforce management, change management, etc.
