Customer Service Consultant - Support

While there is no immediate vacancies in this team we are always on the lookout for well-travelled, passionate sales and customer service people to join our customer service team in the future.
Who are you?
You have travelled quite extensively to at least 3 continents and to Intrepid destinations. Its likely you are very familiar with our brand and product having sold us before or travelled on one of our trips. You come from a sales or customer service background and are comfortable taking a high volume of phone calls and handling all sorts of customer queries.
What will you be doing?
You will be working in a very busy sales and customer service environment taking a high level of inbound calls , emails and web bookings. You will be fast and efficient , great at prioritising, provide exceptional customer service and always happy to go the extra mile.
