Job summary

We are looking for a Manager of our newly created Customer Experience team. The Customer Experience team is responsible for all aspects of the customer satisfaction including; post tour feedback and NPS surveys.

What will you be doing?

  • The Customer Experience Manager will lead the Customer Experience team. Including Customer Relations.
  • The Customer Experience Manager will create and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop new ways for North America to deliver better customer service and increase sales.
